The Snow Angel exercise is a full-body workout that targets muscles in the arms, chest, shoulders, and core. It mimics the motion of making a snow angel in the snow, hence the name.

How to perform

To do the Snow Angel exercise, follow these steps:

1. Lie flat on your back on a yoga mat or soft surface.
2. Extend your arms overhead and your legs straight out.
3. Keeping your arms straight, slowly raise them overhead and bring them down towards your sides in a sweeping motion, keeping them in contact with the ground the entire time.
4. Simultaneously, lift your legs off the ground and bring them together, then separate them and lower them back down as you continue the sweeping motion with your arms.
5. Keep your core engaged and your back flat on the ground throughout the exercise to avoid straining your lower back.
6. Repeat the motion for 10-15 reps, or as many as you can comfortably do.
7. To increase the intensity of the exercise, hold a light weight in each hand as you perform the snow angel motion.

Remember to breathe smoothly and keep the movements controlled and deliberate to maximize the effectiveness of the Snow Angel exercise.
