• Likes and interactions

• Workout logs and personal notes

Your content remains yours. You grant Aspira a non-exclusive license to store and display it for the purpose of providing the service.

4.2 Private Content

Progress photos and private health data are not publicly visible unless you explicitly choose to share them.

4.3 Public Content

Public workout posts, comments, and interactions may be visible to other users based on your chosen visibility settings.

4.4 Prohibited Content

You must not upload content that is:

• Illegal

• Harassing, abusive, or hateful

• Sexually explicit

• Promotes violence or discrimination

• Violates copyright

• Contains another person’s data without consent

We may remove or restrict content that violates these rules.


5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the service
