How to perform

To perform the Dumbbell Palm Rotational Bent Over Row, follow these steps:

1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand with an overhand grip. Keep your arms extended in front of you with palms facing down.

2. Hinge at the hips and bend forward until your torso is nearly parallel to the floor. Keep your back straight and core engaged throughout the movement.

3. Bend your elbows and pull the dumbbells towards your ribcage, keeping them close to your body as you row. But as you row, rotate your palms to face upwards, bringing the elbows up and out to the sides.

4. Pause at the top of the movement, squeezing your shoulder blades together, before slowly lowering the dumbbells back to the starting position, rotating your palms back to face downwards.

5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.

To modify this exercise, you can use a lighter weight or perform the movement without the rotational twist. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the exercise to avoid strain or injury.
