How to perform

4. Begin by slowly lifting your legs up towards the ceiling, keeping them straight and together.
5. Once your legs are lifted, start swinging your arms in a circular motion, moving them in a controlled manner while maintaining tension in your core.
6. Continue swinging your arms for a set number of reps or for a certain amount of time.
7. Slowly lower your legs back down to the starting position without swinging your body.
8. Repeat for the desired number of sets.
