How to perform
Instructions:1. Adjust the incline bench to a comfortable angle, usually between 30-45 degrees.
2. Grab a pair of dumbbells and sit on the incline bench, with the dumbbells resting on your thighs.
3. Lay back on the bench and press the dumbbells above your chest with your arms extended.
4. Keeping your upper arms stationary and perpendicular to the floor, slowly lower the dumbbells towards your head by bending your elbows.
5. As you lower the dumbbells, your elbows should be pointing towards the ceiling and your upper arms should remain still.
6. Pause briefly at the bottom of the movement, then extend your arms back to the starting position by straightening your elbows.
7. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
8. Remember to engage your core muscles to stabilize your body throughout the exercise.
