The Cable Lying Triceps Extension, also known as Cable Skull Crushers, is a strength training exercise that targets the triceps muscles in the arms.

How to perform

Instructions:

1. Attach a straight or EZ bar to a low pulley cable machine.
2. Lie down on a flat bench facing the cable machine with your head closest to the machine.
3. Grab the bar with an overhand grip, with your hands slightly closer than shoulder-width apart.
4. Extend your arms straight up over your chest, keeping your elbows pointing towards the ceiling.
5. Lower the bar towards your forehead by bending your elbows, keeping your upper arms stationary.
6. Once the bar is close to your forehead, extend your elbows to bring the bar back up to the starting position.
7. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
8. Make sure to maintain control throughout the movement and avoid using momentum to lift the weight.
