The Dumbbell Preacher Curl on an Incline Bench is a great alternative to a standard Dumbbell Preacher Curl using a preacher curl bench. Grab a dumbbell and stand behind the bench with your elbow rested on the top of the back rest and the dumbbell held to your shoulder. Slowly lower the dumbbell to the bench exhailing as you do so. Once you reach the bottom of the rep, contract your bicep to raise the sumbbell to its starting position by your shoulder and repeat.
