How to perform

To perform a Jack Burpee exercise, follow these steps:

1. Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides.
2. Jump up and spread your feet out while simultaneously raising your arms above your head to perform a jumping jack.
3. As you land back on the ground, immediately drop down into a squat position with your hands on the ground in front of you.
4. Kick your feet back behind you so you are in a plank position with your body in a straight line from head to heels.
5. Perform a push-up by lowering your body towards the ground, then push yourself back up to the plank position.
6. Jump your feet back towards your hands, coming back into a squat position.
7. Explosively jump up into the air, reaching your arms overhead.
8. Land back on the ground and immediately transition into the next repetition by going back into a jumping jack.

Repeat these steps for the desired number of repetitions or for a set amount of time for a challenging full-body workout.
